This chicken salad recipe has so many reasons to be one of my most favorite. It is filling, supremely high on the health quotient and so very tasty! The dressing for this includes elements that are tangy, sweet, sour and a whole lot of other flavors. I have used hung curd in this recipe. You can go ahead and use Greek yogurt also if you like. The special thing about this chicken salad is that it is highly customizable.
