- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp vinegar

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green peas
- 1 cup day-old small-grained rice
