Prawns Omelette

While the flavours of this prawn omelette are fascinating, it is also extremely quick and easy to put together. The prawns slow cook themselves with the eggs and that lends it a beautiful, soft texture. You can pair this prawn omelette with a side salad and enjoy a light meal at any time of the day.
