Baked Chicken With Pesto
Easy, healthy and fuss-free – this baked chicken with pesto is a quick meal option that will not disappoint. Tender, juicy pieces of chicken thighs oozing with the flavor and punch of a homemade pesto sauce will make this chicken recipe a winner in your house.

Instructions
  1. Wash and thoroughly clean the chicken thighs. Pat dry all excess water with a kitchen towel or cotton cloth.
  2. Season the boneless chicken thighs with salt and black pepper powder. Mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Make pesto sauce by grinding the Italian basil leaves, toasted walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and some salt.
  4. Add the pesto sauce to the seasoned chicken in a baking tray. Coat every piece of chicken thighs with the pesto sauce. Let this rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake under 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes till chicken is cooked and tender.
  6. Serve with rice or pasta with a side of roasted vegetables of your choice.
